Interbank Loan (Syndicated)

An interbank loan is a form of financing from two or more banks that agree with the client through the same financing contract. This type of financing is usually applied when a single bank does not have the financial or legal capacity to finance the project alone. In these cases, one of the banks is designated as the leading bank.
