Job Title: IT Specialist for Cloud Systems
Reports to: Head of IT Systems Department
Location: Tirana
Closing Date: November, 10th 2026

Purpose of the position:

Administer, secure and develop the Bank’s Microsoft 365 ecosystem and other cloud services, ensuring effective identity, communications, information protection and service integration.

Main Responsibilities:

• Administer Microsoft 365 services and configurations across the ecosystem.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID, identities, roles, authentication and Conditional Access policies.
• Administer Exchange Online and email security controls, including anti-phishing and anti-spam protection.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft Purview, DLP, retention and compliance policies in accordance with approved requirements.
• Administer Microsoft Defender for Identity and Defender for Office 365, as applicable to deployed services and licensing.
• Manage Power Automate and automate suitable business and IT workflows.
• Implement identity, access and data security controls; monitor and respond to alerts.
• Integrate cloud services with existing systems through APIs and approved integration mechanisms.
• Support the design and deployment of systems in public or private cloud environments, documenting configurations and changes.
• Provide technical support and evidence for security controls and audits.

Formal criteria:

• University degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.
• Advanced knowledge of Entra ID, Conditional Access and cloud security controls.
• Knowledge of Purview, Defender, Power Automate and cloud integrations;
• Microsoft certifications are an advantage.

Required skills/competences:

• Strong identity administration and access risk assessment skills.
• Troubleshooting, automation and documentation skills.
• Understanding of data protection and compliance requirements in banking.
• Professional communication and collaboration with IT and Information Security teams.
