Job Title: Credit Recovery Coordinator

Reports to: Head of Legal Division

Location: Tirana

Job Description:

Monitoring non-performing loans and following up on all processes in accordance with the Bank's internal rules and procedures, with the aim of ensuring the efficient recovery of outstanding obligations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor non-performing loans (overdue loans).
  • Implement the institution's policies and procedures for monitoring the repayment of non-performing loans.
  • Coordinate with other departments of the institution regarding the monitoring and follow-up of non-performing loans.
  • Follow the institution's internal process for initiating legal procedures related to non-performing loans or restructurings.
  • Conduct meetings with clients to monitor repayment issues and gather information for the analysis and assessment of specific situations, as well as to identify the most effective ways to recover outstanding obligations.
  • Prepare periodic reports for the Risk Department and other relevant departments regarding the performance of the non-performing loan portfolio.
  • Update clients' outstanding obligations in real time.
  • Perform other duties as may be required by the department to achieve the objectives of the position.

Formal criteria:

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, or Law (a Master's degree is considered an advantage);
  • At least 5 years of work experience in non-performing loans;
  • Strong analytical writing skills;
  • Excellent knowledge and proficiency in Excel;
  • Very good command of the English language;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Good planning, organizational, and task-follow-up skills, with the ability to manage daily duties and requests;
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel;
