Reports to: Performance Control and Quantitative KPIs Department Manager

Location: Tirana

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly analytical professional to monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs), supporting decision-making and the achievement of the Bank’s objectives. The role contributes to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of performance measurement processes, ensuring accuracy, quality, and reliable data reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monthly preparation, updating and finalization of the detailed database with the respective Branches/Teams/Business Units/Departments of the Bank with the respective KPIs and targets.
  • Daily monitoring of specific data in FLEXCUBE related to target measurement.
    Control, monitoring and updating of data in FLEXCUBE (which are used for target measurement) by following the process of their confirmations and executions by all Units/Departments/Branches that are part of it.
  • Controls, reconciles and completes in reports the missing information in activities performed with manual registration in FLEXCUBE (in cooperation with Finance, LAD, Operations, MIS).
  • Ensures the accuracy of information within the required deadlines.
  • Cooperates with all structures involved in the KPI control and measurement process.
  • Preparation of various reports according to the request of the beneficiary.
     

Formal criteria:

  • University Degree in the field of Economic Informatics, Economics or other similar fields.
  • At least 2 years of work experience.Work experience in Banking and similar positions is preferred.
  • Very good knowledge of data processing in Excel.
  • Very good knowledge of the English language.
  • Knowledge of Banking products.
  • Good knowledge of the Bank's regulations and procedures.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Good skills to plan, organize, follow daily tasks as well as other requirements on a case-by-case basis.
  • Good communication, interaction and cooperation skills.
  • Good knowledge in the use of the Microsoft Office package, especially the Excel program.
