Job Description:

We are looking for a highly analytical professional to monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs), supporting decision-making and the achievement of the Bank’s objectives. The role contributes to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of performance measurement processes, ensuring accuracy, quality, and reliable data reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monthly preparation of key portfolios for banking products, on which the most up-to-date data is processed regarding KPI target realizations (quantitative).
  • Preparation, updating and finalization of 3-month reports on the realization of individual targets for each position.
  • Preparation, control and monthly finalization of specific data to be uploaded by the MIS & BI department, on which monthly reports will be generated that are used for the purpose of P&L allocation of the Bank to Branches/Teams/Business Units/Departments of the Bank.
  • Closely cooperates with the MIS & BI team for the structuring and improvement of existing reports to reflect changes during the daily operations of the Bank. Also for the automation of frequently used reports in order to eliminate manual processes.
  • Ensures that reports are accurate, delivered on time and in accordance with KPI targets for each role/branch/team/department/business unit.
  • Cooperates with all structures involved in the process of controlling and measuring KPIs.
  • Preparation of the profitability of the relationship of a subject with the Bank, according to internal Bank requirements.

Formal criteria:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other similar fields;
  • At least 3 years of experience in work;
  • Work experience in Banking and similar positions is preferred;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel, Word);
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written;
  • Good knowledge of English language;
  • Good knowledge of Banking products;
  • Good knowledge of financial reporting;
  • Good analytical, communication, interaction and collaboration skills;
  • Good skills to plan, organize, follow daily tasks as well as other requirements on a case-by-case basis;
