We are seeking to recruit an experienced and very dynamic employee, in the position of Management and Information Systems Specialist, Finance Division at American Bank of Investments.

Job Description:

Develop, build and implement a Management Information System for reporting purposes. The duties performed under these positions are a key technical support in all regulatory and management reporting performed on different frequency daily/monthly/quarterly.

Duties and responsibilities:

-          Maintenance/update of the bank’s financial reporting data-base

-          Monthly/quarterly assistance in SRU/ASD/COREP reporting through automated reports as per the required forms.

-          Creating new automated reports in MO-SQL server/Access.

-          Provide timely, accurate financial and operational information to internal users as per the requirements of the Management Board, management and other users inside the Bank.

-          Modify the existing reports whenever is required from the changes in definitions or modifications of the IT system.

-          Assist in the preparation of the relevant financial and operational information to external users as the Central Bank, ASD, External Auditors and other external parties.

-          Process data from multiple sources in order to obtain the required financial and operational reports.

-          Prepare daily routine reports and other financial information and as requested.

- Other duties assigned by the supervisor

Required technical skills:

-          Education: University Degree in Business Informatics and related

-          Area of professional expertize: MIS/Analytics

-          Other qualifications: Knowledge of Banking Regulations

-          Years of Experience: Min.3 (three) years in Reporting/Statistics/Data Analytics

-          Knowledge of SQL, MO Visual Studio

-          Knowledge on Bank’s products behavior and financial reporting.

-          Critical Thinking/ Active Listening/ Coordination

-          Efficient team worker.

-          Good verbal and written communication skills.

-          Good knowledge of English (written/oral)
