We are seeking to recruit an experienced and very dynamic employee, in the position of Institutional Performance Specialist at American Bank of Investments.

Job Description:

The Institutional Performance Specialist is responsible for assisting in the monitoring, evaluation and reporting of the bank’s institutional performance. This role focuses on data collection, analysis and the preparation of reports to support the achievement of strategic goals and operational efficiency. Works closely with senior team members to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Assist in following up with the management team on assigned duties and reporting.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability throughout the organization.
• Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
• Support initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in performance management

Formal Criteria:

• University degree and/ or Master degree.
• Advanced knowledge of English language (written/spoken).
• Experience in banking sector or similar financial institutions would be preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data and reports.
• Proactive approach to tackling challenges and improving processes.
• Strong written communication for preparing detailed reports and presentations.
• Excellent communication skills.
