Job Title:                    Online Banking Operations Sector Supervisor

We are seeking to recruit an: experienced and very dynamic employee, in the position of Online Banking Operations Sector Supervisor at American Bank of Investments.

Job Description:

Perform with due diligence all activities assigned to him/her, within the Department ranges of activities, contributing to the smooth operation of Online Banking Services.

Objectives:

• Administrate onboarding and maintaining clients in Online Banking Platform
• Support day-to-day project development and program implementation related with Online Banking platform with other departments and third party organizations as appropriate.
• Control process of administrative issues of Online Banking users such as credential delivery, client onboarding, change of limits etc.
• Follow up Online Banking new features implementations
• Propose new features and enhancements related to Digital Banking
• Collect, analyze new feature requests from business lines
• Prepare report for mistakes done in branches related to Online Banking activity.
• Coordinates production issues & tasks related with Online Banking platform with other bank departments and vendor.
• Prepare activity/performance reports for the sector and staff reporting to him/her
• Performs other jobs that the Bank assigns to him/her.

Required technical skills:

• University degree in, finance, IT, banking,
• Excellent command of English language
• At least 4 years’ experience with digital banking products & services including online banking platforms and mobile banking apps
• Capability to collaborate with other IT team, technicians and vendor
• Ability to lead digital banking  initiatives from planning and implementation to monitoring and optimization
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer inquires
